Tiny TallyThese Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tiny Tally mobile application (the “App”), a Trail app provided by Trail, and the related Tiny Tally websites and connected services. By using Tiny Tally, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or connected services.
1. What Tiny Tally provides
Tiny Tally is an iPhone app for caregivers to record and review baby-care activities, manage baby profiles and custom trackers, export care history, and optionally sync or share care records through an account.
Care records and insights may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not use Tiny Tally to diagnose, treat, or decide whether a baby is medically well. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and local emergency services for urgent help.
2. Your responsibilities
- Enter and review care information carefully, especially when another caregiver relies on it.
- Use Tiny Tally only for babies and care records you are authorized to manage or share.
- Protect your device, Apple account, Tiny Tally account, exports, and invitation links.
- Do not use the App or services unlawfully, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse invitations.
3. Accounts and caregiver sharing
An account is optional for local-only use and is required for sync and caregiver sharing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your caregiver identity and for activity performed through your account.
An Owner may invite one Caregiver to a baby profile. The Owner controls the invitation and can stop sharing; the Caregiver can leave. Both people can view and change the shared care history while the relationship is active. Do not forward an invitation to someone you do not intend to authorize.
4. Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of the baby profiles, care activities, custom tracker names, and other information you enter. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to operate the features you request, such as sync, caregiver sharing, support, security, and account deletion.

5. Trial and purchases
Tiny Tally may offer a limited trial and a one-time lifetime unlock through Apple’s App Store. Prices, availability, taxes, purchase approval, refunds, and family-sharing behavior are governed by the App Store terms shown at purchase. A lifetime unlock means access to the eligible Tiny Tally features offered under that product while the App remains available; it does not promise that every future product or separately sold service will be included.
6. Exports and third-party services
If you export or share care history, you are responsible for choosing the recipient and protecting the exported file. Tiny Tally uses services from Apple, Supabase, and Cloudflare. Their availability and their own terms may affect connected features.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, add, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve Tiny Tally. Connected features may be unavailable because of network, provider, maintenance, or technical conditions. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Intellectual property
Tiny Tally’s software, design, branding, and developer-provided content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use the App only as allowed by these Terms, Apple’s usage rules, and applicable law.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Tally is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that care records, insights, notifications, widgets, sync, exports, or shared-care information will always be complete, current, accurate, or available. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of Tiny Tally, including loss caused by incomplete records, missed care activity, unavailable sync, an exported file, or reliance on an insight. Our total liability for claims related to Tiny Tally will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App during the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
11. Ending use
You may stop using Tiny Tally at any time. You can delete local baby profiles in the App, stop or leave caregiver sharing, and request account deletion through Support. We may restrict connected services when necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
12. Apple terms
The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where Apple’s required terms conflict with these Terms, Apple’s required terms control to the extent of that conflict.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Tiny Tally changes or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
