Tiny Tally is a Trail app. Support is handled through Trail at support@trailapp.xyz.

Get help

Email support@trailapp.xyz and include what you were trying to do, what happened, and the Tiny Tally version shown in Settings. Do not include an active caregiver invitation link, exported care history, or other sensitive baby information unless we ask for the minimum detail needed to investigate.

Delete account-linked data

Email support@trailapp.xyz from the address connected to your Tiny Tally account and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before deleting server data.

Deleting an account is different from signing out. Sign-out leaves synced data available to the same account. Account deletion removes account-linked data after the request is completed, subject to the retention limits described in the Privacy Policy. Local care data remains on your iPhone until you delete it in Tiny Tally or remove the App.
