A few little questions.
About getting started, sharing care and keeping Tiny Tally.
What can I track with Tiny Tally?
Feeds, nursing sessions, pumping, stored milk, sleep, wet and dirty diapers, and custom activities. Each baby has a care history you can return to and edit.
Which devices does it support?
Tiny Tally requires iPhone with iOS 18 or later. The Apple Watch companion requires watchOS 11 or later and Tiny Tally on your paired iPhone. Check the App Store listing for compatibility with your device.
What can I do on Apple Watch?
Add the Tiny Tally watch face for baby status and care shortcuts. Log a bottle or diaper change, control a nursing session and start or finish a sleep timer. Turn the Digital Crown to adjust milk amounts in 5 ml steps. Set up your baby in Tiny Tally on your paired iPhone first. See Tiny Tally on Apple Watch.
Do I need an account?
You can start keeping local care records without creating an account. Sign in when you want account sync or to use caregiver sharing. Care records stay available offline. Purchases need a connection to Apple’s services.
Can I track more than one baby?
Yes. Add baby profiles and switch between them. Each profile keeps its own activities and history.
Can another caregiver use the same history?
Yes. A baby's owner can invite one other caregiver. Both caregivers need to sign in to use shared care. Sharing relies on synchronization, so check that recent entries are up to date before a handoff.
What is Grow?
Grow follows your baby’s first year with illustrated monthly guides, photo albums and notes. Add photos to reached months, choose covers and save your first-year photo book as a PDF. Open Grow from your baby’s header on Today.
Can I share my baby’s month photos?
Yes. Enable month-photo sharing in your baby’s caregiver settings to share through iCloud with your invited caregiver. Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud, and the caregiver accepts the photo invitation in Tiny Tally. The baby’s owner adds, edits and removes photos; the invited caregiver can view them.
You can turn photo sharing off without ending shared care. Previously shared photos may remain available until Tiny Tally reconnects to the iCloud account that shared them.
Can I track pumping and stored breast milk?
Yes. Time a pumping session or log one you have finished, then record the amount and storage location. Your milk stash keeps track of fridge and freezer portions, including your own and donor milk. You can choose those portions when recording a bottle feed.
How do milk use-by dates work?
Tiny Tally shows use-by details from the storage information you record and flags portions that need more information. You can track milk as it moves from frozen to thawing to fully thawed. Dates are estimates, not a check of the milk’s condition. Follow the storage guidance from your healthcare professional or milk provider.
Can I correct an entry or add something later?
Yes. You can edit saved activities and add a past entry. If you can't remember the exact time, make that uncertainty clear rather than treating a guess as exact.
Does Tiny Tally have a subscription?
No. You can try it for 7 days with no automatic charge, then choose a one-time purchase to keep logging. The app shows your local price before you buy. See how pricing works.
Can I export care records?
Yes. Tiny Tally supports CSV export so you can keep a separate copy of your records.
Does it give medical advice or a baby schedule?
No. Tiny Tally is a care log. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe a feeding or sleep schedule, or replace advice from your baby's healthcare professional.
Where can I get help or ask about my data?
Visit Support for help with the app, purchases and account-data deletion. The Privacy Policy explains how care records are stored and shared.
